Description
The Australian Volunteer Coast Guard is a national marine rescue organisation run entirely by volunteers. Our volunteers work hard to raise funds to deliver marine rescue and education services across across six states and Territories, from Port Vincent in South Australia right around our coastline to Darwin in the Northern Territory.
Our Services include:
- Patrol of local and coastal waters
- Marine Radio Services
- Search and Rescue
- Public Boating Education
We have vessels and radio bases in:
- Victoria
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Northern Territory
